When an order is made on one of your products, the OnePatch system automatically adds it to the ‘Live Orders’ menu where you can view the details of the order. To access this select ‘Live Orders’ from the left sidebar, from here you can edit a products order details, ensure the buy has put in a valid address and print of a shipping label. Once you’ve finished editing the shipping details you can select your product and select ‘Dispatch’ to move it to the ‘Completed Orders’ menu.
This will set your order to completed on OnePatch and the corresponding sales platform.
The Completed Orders menu allows you to view your history of fulfilled orders. To access this menu select ‘Completed Orders’ from the left sidebar.
- Select ‘Orders’ in the left sidebar.
- Finder the order you would like to delete.
- Select ‘delete’.
Your order will now be deleted from OnePatch and the corresponding sales platform.
