Once you’ve chosen the products from the ‘suggested purchase order’ module, you can easily add them to a purchase order & export it to a PDF format, ready to be printed or emailed straight to your supplier!

Check your Order Sheet
Once your products have arrived from your supplier, simply check your delivery note and match each line with your purchase order. Once you have checked everything off the list, select the dropdown menu and update the order status to ‘Authorised’ – this ensures that everything is correct and updates your product stock on the system.
