POS stands for ‘Point of Sale’. Onepatch has an integration payment system allowing you to take in-store or on the go payments. This also links to your stock control and deducts stock levels from on-line sales platforms, stopping you from overselling.
- Invoicing
Connect to your current accounts package and OnePatch will send invoices for every sale generated in all marketplaces, sales channels and in-store direct into your accounts, saving you a lot of time!
- Shipping
Connect to your shipping carrier’(s) and generate shipping label and tracking details, OnePatch will update all marketplaces, sales channels with tracking and shipping status, keeping your customer updated at all times.
- Stock Sync
Stock Sync allows you to sync your stock quantities across all marketplaces, sales channels and in-store, when you receive an order into OnePatch, it will update the quantity across all platforms and stop you overselling.
- Customers
This section is where you can view your customers details, past purchases and total sales from all marketplaces, sales channels and in-store, including time line for each other, you can add notes and offer credit accounts for customer.
- Integration Based Edit (IBE)
IBE allows you to update or change information (e.g price, description, quantity, image) on a product for specific marketplace or sales channel that you may want different on another marketplace or sales channel, eliminating you having to log into that marketplace or sales channel to make a change.
- Dashboard
OnePatch dashboard gives you an overview for your online and in-store sales by marketplace and sales channel, top & low selling products, including low stock SKU’s.
- Reporting
OnePatch can build custom reports upon request for each customer.
- Multiple Locations
If you have multiple locations such as retail stores and warehouses, OnePatch allows you to allocate stock to a chosen location and transfer stock to another locations.
- Purchase Orders
Generate a purchase order from within OnePatch, download PDF and send direct to your supplier, Once you receive your products, check against Purchase Order and add to stock. OnePatch also offers suggested purchase orders on a product or global level, helping you never to run out of stock.
OnePatch Pay (Coming Soon)
OnePatch Pay allows you to take payments on the go, connect our card reader to your phone via Bluetooth and receive payments, pay-out with 1 or 2 days, depending on your account.
